We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes — typically for the duration required by applicable law (often several years for financial records). Email correspondence is retained until no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
We rely on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payment security and never handle your raw card details ourselves. While we take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the Site, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
