Standard Products — 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
If you bought one of our standard, in-stock watch mods (not a custom commission), you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. You don't need to give us a reason.
- The 30-day window starts from the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
- Please return the item in the condition you received it, with any included accessories.
- Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item, typically within 5–7 business days.
Custom Builds — Final Sale
Custom or commissioned watch orders are not eligible for return or refund once work has begun. This includes the deposit paid at the time of order. Because every custom build is made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold, we're unable to accept returns on these orders.

Defects & Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or with a defect in the modification work itself, contact us right away with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right — this applies to standard products and custom builds alike, since it falls outside the normal returns process described above.
How to Start a Return

- We'll confirm your return and provide shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
