These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of modsbybek.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Bek, a sole proprietor doing business as "Mods by Bek," based in Austin, Texas, USA. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mods by Bek, and "you" refers to the person using the Site or purchasing a product.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We sell hand-modified Casio watches and related accessories. Each watch begins as a genuine, unmodified Casio unit and is then customized by hand (dial color changes, hydromod oil fills, strap swaps, and similar aftermarket modifications).
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before charging the corrected amount.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers — see Section 12 and our Privacy Policy.
Your order is an offer to buy a product. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged for that order.
Custom or commissioned watch orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order, as displayed at checkout. The deposit confirms your place in our build queue and goes toward the final price of your commission. We will contact you, typically within 24 hours, to confirm final specifications and pricing before beginning work. Once work on a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
We currently ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-caused loss or damage.

Mods by Bek is an independent aftermarket customizer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Casio. All watches begin as genuine Casio hardware; the modifications described on this Site are performed by us after the original purchase.

Modified watches, particularly those with hydromod (oil-fill) treatments, may have altered water resistance, shock resistance, and general durability compared to an unmodified watch. We make no guarantee regarding water resistance, shock resistance, or long-term reliability of any modified product.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODS BY BEK AND BEK PERSONALLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mods by Bek and Bek personally from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
